Meetings are held the second Tuesday of the month at 1:00 pm and everyone is welcome; it is not necessary to be a member of the church. We invite you to visit the church website for more details.
All Ladies of the Congregation are invited to join the UCW for a Picnic/Pool Party at our President's home on Tuesday, June 10th at 12:00 noon. Hot dogs, beverages and dishes will be provided. If you are able, please bring a salad or dessert. If you need a ride, car pooling will be from the Church at 11:30am. Looking forward to seeing you!!

Our May meeting was on Tuesday, May 13th at 1:00pm in Friendship Hall. This month’s guest speaker was Gillian Gabourie. She gave an inspiring talk about the School for Young Moms. Young mothers are given an opportunity to further their high school education while having child care provided for their babies. This opportunity leads to young mother's being able to go on to further education and/or access job opportunities which enables them to successfully support themself and their child. We collected many new items for babies ages 6 weeks to 18 months and their mothers. A lovely lunch was served and devotions were uplifting.

Our April meeting will be on Tuesday, April 8th beginning with refreshments at 1:00pm in Friendship Hall. Our guest speaker will be Dr. Jenny Ingram, a specialist in Internal and Geriatric Medicine. She will be speaking about her mother, Dr. Vera Peters, who revolutionized the treatment of Breast Cancer and Hodgkin's Lymphoma disease. Dr. Peters pioneered the Lumpectomy breast conserving surgery to be just as effective as radical mastectomy. She left footprints for people to stand in, and move forward. Everyone is welcome to come out to hear this amazing story of a remarkable Doctor who is remembered for her caring, compassionate and sensitive approach for each patient.
